31 Days of Awesome : Day 7

Wow! What a great week so far. I did get locked out of the house briefly today (with the UPS guy when the door code didn’t unlock, and my hair was in a towel). But I got an order I was eagerly anticipating, got to spend some time with my in-laws (and a yummy dinner and catch up with them) and got to spend some quality time with my husband at a bookstore…
All in all, it was an awesome day.

The top book, Brooklyn, I just heard about.  Looking for Alaska is for my penpal group’s book club and the Doctor Who is a TARDIS! Well, it’s a B&N Special edition with The Silent Stars Go By and Touched By An Angel.

The lovely meal with my in-laws was due to my birthday. We went to the family’s favorite local Mexican restaurant and had an awesome talk. They surprised me with a few of my MIL’s favorite things from England. Aren’t they awesome?!?

This little girl makes almost any day more awesome. I got this shot by sneaking the camera around the doorframe so we could see her on the washing machine. She has been jumping up here a lot—she peers around the doorframe and plays peekaboo with me!
