What's YOUR Origin Story?
Whoa, I cannot believe it has been a month. But things have gone pretty awesome for me as I focus on the awesome.
Today I had a headache, but all is well now. I was able to catch up on some reading and housekeeping (and even groceries).
I made a test run of a choose your own adventure type novel for nano and was able to do the links the way I wanted to.
Awesome is being done with the workweek, and getting to talk to my brothers… And watching some movies/tv we need to catch up on with the husband. I have comics and books to read and some ideas percolating for NaNoWriMo.
What are you planning that’s awesome at the end of this month?

Every year Benihana does give you a $30 gift certificate for your birthday. You have to use it at dinner, between Monday and Thursday throughout the month of your birthday.
It’s nice, especially because tomorrow is my husband’s birthday and we’re going tonight to celebrate the both of us. Yay! I mean, while the coupon is only good for one of us, it makes Benihana affordable.
Family lunch today in Newport Beach. That’s the awesome…
How are you making the awesome with your family
I was super surprised today with a letter and a giftcard from work. For being on vacation and the client noticing personally because of all the hard work I do.
Of course, I let my husband have the giftcard for a video game he’s been anticipating (and I have, too, but I will wait to play it until he’s done).
Doing awesome things for other people are making me so happy right now.
You know what’s awesome?
Washi tape.
I had promised not to buy more of the stuff, but it was so awesome to see the fox washi at Freckled Fawn.
SOOOOO pretty. Sooooo awesome. Just the right amount of color.
