It’s Monday, What are You Reading?

Each Monday, The Book Date asks what we’re reading via It’s Monday, What are You Reading?… Please visit the site to link up your current list and hold yourself accountable. Also, you can visit some great blogs who are also doing this meme… It’s pretty awesome. The good news is that I surpassed my goal for the week–I ended up at 164 books read. The bad news? It was not due to reading anything I meant to read last week.

Here’s the reference for what I intended to read last week:

I read NONE of these… I blame the fact that I’ve been doing a lot of Kindle or graphic novel reading. Which is AWFUL!!!! I need to start working on getting the books to the left of Ahsoka out of the house! The Weight of Blood is leaving. This week, I want to hit 170 books for the year and read at least one of the books next to the Star Wars book. If I do not do that, No Rogue One for me.

I also want to clean up some of my to be read shelves. I’ve been using Goodreads and Bookcrossing more this week, and plan on taking some time at the end of the year to do some journalling/updates to Goodreads (my Goodreads is currently pitiful, despite tracking the books in other places).

I am going to try and work on a mass update excel sheet for Goodreads, and see about detailing that process for ya’ll. Also, I want to get those books in a box and explain the process behind that a little more. It’s going to a really great cause–well, two if you count the fact that if I donate them to the Akron Reading Festival that I have more shelf space for MY books! LOL.
