Wishlist Wednesday:: Fiction

Hey there!
Wednesday is the day where I talk about some of the books I’m interested in reading–the wishlist books that I’ll probably check out at some point. These are all the fiction books that I’ve pencilled on my ‘wishlist’ right now.

Sizzling Sixteen by Janet Evanovich
I’ve read every Stephanie Plum book since 9th grade, when I snagged ‘One for the Money’ from my local library. Let me just say I’m a Morelli fan and I like to read these if only for the laughs. They’re quick reads, and just pure brain candy.

The Lonely Polygamist by Brady Udall
This is out now, but it’s a topic that I still want to read about. There’s a lot of things coming out about Polygamy, and this would be the second fiction novel I’ve heard about (the first being ‘the 19th Wife’, which was good).

Star Island by Carl Hiaasen
I’ve read Mr. Hiaasen since I was 13, and I love his style, I love the way he makes me laugh and I love the scenes he paints. This one sounds like a winner.

Naked Heat by Richard Castle
This is the sequel to ‘Heat Wave’ which was written by the fictional character Nathan Fillion plays on the hit tv show ‘Castle.’ I have a sneaking suspicion that I know who really writes these, which I am utterly cool with. I have the first one in the series on my Nook, and I cannot wait to catch up with the tv show to see if I’m missing any clues.

What is on your wishlist? Do you like to read fiction, or are you a nonfiction sort of reader? Do any of these books sound appealing?
