It’s Monday! What are You Reading?
It’s Monday, which means it is time again to hook up with the dedicated readers of the Book Date Blog and start talking about the kinds of things we’re all currently reading. First, I want to say that we saw Hamilton over the weekend, and it was marvellous!
More on that later, because it’s all about books today, right?
Right now I’m reading a few Murder She Wrote books,
I get a lot of fuss about the extent and speed to which I read.
Some people get really annoyed when you talk about the number of books a person reads and acts like if you read more than 5-12 books a year, you don’t have a life. I happen to have a life, and have learned how NOT to take offense when people say things like ‘You must not have any hobbies,’

Wow! What a great week so far. I did get locked out of the house briefly today (with the UPS guy when the door code didn’t unlock, and my hair was in a towel). But I got an order I was eagerly anticipating, got to spend some time with my in-laws (and a yummy dinner and catch up with them) and got to spend some quality time with my husband at a bookstore…
