Review:: Disneyland by David Hoffman

It may be the happiest place on Earth, but it’s also peppered with a lot of trivia and there is more than meets the eye. Author David Hoffman takes readers onto a journey into just ‘some’ of the park’s coolest little known facts in his Disneyland guide.

Some of my favorite bits of trivia were:

• Michelle Pfeiffer was Alice in the Disneyland Electrical Parade.
• The line for the Matterhorn Bobsleds on the right (closest to the Alice in Wonderland ride) allows you to have the track that’s 30 seconds longer.

For the basic tourist, or even the most rabid Disneyphile, this guide is sure to make a great gift or impluse buy.

I picked this up at barnes and Noble off the clearance table. I’d seen it at the store before and was really excited to finally pick up a copy.
